Wendy was born and raised in Sarnia, Ontario. After completing her studies, she embarked on a successful career in International Sales, travelling to many exciting parts of the world. In 1990, Wendy returned to her beloved hometown of Sarnia and began her career in real estate. She met and married her husband, Mario Fazio, and together they raised their beautiful family locally. Together in real estate, Mario and Wendy form the Fazio Team. With their many years of combined knowledge, they continue to provide every client with advice, care and support, and informed guidance to ensure a successful outcome.
