Mario Was born locally to a family of home builders. Having spent his childhood around construction sites, he designed and built his first home at the age of 18. With his passion for real estate, he became a licensed broker in 1977, and opened his successful brokerage in 1983. Throughout his 48-year real estate career, Mario has consistently remained a top producer earning countless awards. Together with his wife, Wendy, they formed the successful Fazio Team, offering vast knowledge to many buyers and sellers.
