Yesterday was a special day as we had the honour of presenting the donations from the Ecuador Challenge for Shelter to the Women’s Interval Home of Sarnia Lambton totaling $27,808!
In November 2023, an enthusiastic group of Royal LePage professionals, including our very own, @mike_cullis_royal_lepage took on the journey to Ecuador to trek 5 days towards one of the highest active volcanoes in the world! During this high altitude adventure, the trekkers hiked long days across varied terrain in unpredictable mountain weather. They camped in tents, went without cell service, and gave many comforts of home. This trek was not easy but immensely worthwhile. Each step the trekkers took and every dollar they raised supports courageous women and children seeking safety and rebuilding lives free from abuse.
